I could not recommend Nanda and Jimmy more. Being my first home purchase I was pretty nervous about the whole process. However Nanda and Jimmy guided me through the whole thing seamlessly. Aft,er a long time to decide what to do with our favorite Summer/Winter any time getaway from the Bay Area in the wake of our relocating to out of state we elected to place our property for sale. Of course the first bridge was to find a realtor.
