South Lake Tahoe Event Guide, February 2018!

Welcome to the South Shore's February 2018 Event Guide! 

From a solo artist who used to perform with one the most popular bands, Phish, to a New "Film Series" in the heart of Tahoe, and some bands (one inspired by the Grateful Dead!) coming to the Casino Corridor; we can guarantee you will find something special to do with your friends, family, and loved ones on the beautiful South Shore of Lake Tahoe this February. Aside from the obvious all-day skiing adventures you will be sure to be having; check out these activities that could fill in that "Apres-Ski" time! 

National Championship SnowBike Series

What: See this amazing sport firsthand as pro & amateur men's & women's classes fight for the win. Hang in our snow bar, listen to some tunes, & warm up by the fire as you catch this amazing day of fun.

Mike Gordon of Phish at Montbleu
When: 2/11
Where: Montbleau Resort & Casino
What: Mike Gordon (bassist and co-founder of the seminal improvisational rock band Phish) returns with his band in support of new album, OGOGO. The album was produced by GRAMMY Award winning Shawn Everett.

Valentines Day Dinner-Dance Cruise

Where: MS Dixie II at Zephyr Cove Resort

Dark Star Orchestra at Harrahs Lake Tahoe

What: Dark Star Orchestra are an American Rock band formed in Chicago, Illinois. They serve as a tribute band to the legendary Rock group The Grateful Dead. Since 1997, the band has been "continuing the Grateful Dead concert experience".

What: Nicholas Carter, better known by his stage name Murs, is an American rapper. His name is an acronym (or backronym) that he himself has created multiple meanings for such as "Making the Universe Recognize and Submit"

Heavenly Village Film Series
When: 2/23
Where: Heavenly Village Cinema
What: An all-new film series is coming to South Lake Tahoe, brought to the public by The Shops at Heavenly Village, Heavenly Sports, Dreu Murin Productions and Red Bull. Known as The Heavenly Village Film Series, the monthly events run through June and include screenings of various Red Bull Media House adventure movies at Heavenly Village Cinemas.

Penn & Teller at Harrahs
